Eric's practice is focused on whistleblower law and employment litigation in the Dallas Fort Worth area. Eric also accepts general litigation matters and employment cases throughout Texas. Eric has been practicing law in Texas since 1995. He is also admitted to the U.S. Supreme Court, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, all four U.S. Districts Courts in Texas, as well as several other U.S. Circuit and District Courts.
